Robert F. Hogan: B.A., Loyola University, 1986; J.D., Northern Illinois University College of Law, 1991. A former Assistant State's Attorney in Cook County, Mr. Hogan tried numerous cases to verdict on behalf of the County and has also represented the County in tort and workers compensation matters. Prior to joining Mr. Martier, Mr. Hogan was house counsel for Hanover Insurance concentrating on Workers Compensation matters throughout Illinois. He is a member of the Merit Board of the Cook County Sheriff's Department where he oversees the hiring , promotion and discipline of over 4,000 sworn members of that department. Mr. Hogan is licensed to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District Illinois. He is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. He is also a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
